I've run OTRS for a few years now, but only at a single company. I
have recently started a new company with some friends/co-workers and
we are now doing the outsourced IT support thing.
The issue I have now is that I have created queues for the different

We are using OTRS 2.0.3 on Windows2003 server
Using customer.pl web page a new user can create an account and have a
password mailed to them sucessfully.
We tried today to create a new customer from the phone ticket in the
administration console and it failed.
