[otrs] OTRS on Apache2, RHEL4 x86_64, HELP!

2007-03-01 Thread Andrew Bergman
Hi, I have been trying to install OTRS on our RHEL4 x86_64 server which is running Apache 2 with a stock configuration customised from the standard conf file. I have tried the standard otrs.conf file provided by the otrs RPM however it breaks the webserver with an "internal server error" T

What makes you think that mod_perl is not running? How do you check if mod_perl is running? I was under the impression that it is. mod_perl may help with speed, but what about the 500 errors? 2007/3/1, Nils Breunese (Lemonbit) <[EMAIL PROTECTED]>: Looks like you're running OTRS as a CGI app. Sw

Warning regarding Generic Agent jobs (was RE: [otrs] Ticket history table size revisited)

Following on to this issue I have looked a little deeper and I've found that my ticket_history table contains ~57,000,000 records. Bear in mind we have about 9900 (not 9400) tickets in the database. This seems a little large to me in terms of ticket history lines to tickets. After running a few

I¹ve been digging through SysConfig but can¹t seem to find where to set linewrap length for outgoing messages. At the moment, I have outgoing messages set to include the return URL for a given ticket. However, the URL is being cut off just before the actual OTRS .pl file gets appended to the lin

[otrs] Ticket history table size revisited

2007-03-01 Thread Jason B. Loven
I had mentioned a while back that I had hit a limit in MySQL with the tablesize on my ticket_history table. I was able to get around it by adjusting the table parameters. More of a concern is that the table hit the limit at all. We process about 20-30 tickets a day and have been using the system fo

Hi, I have some questions about Ticket Search. When selecting CSV on the search page, OTRS generates a CSV file using semi-colons for field seperator. I'd like it to use commas instead but changing the value of 'Separator' in Kernel/System/CSV.pm has no effect. Am I missing something obvious or ho
