1) It could be a Unix trouble.
2) I use the field "Comment" when I add a customer user.
3) I use Postmaster filter
Admin => PostMaster Filter => Filter Name => Rule
The rule I use:
Header 1: From Match: Mailer-Daemon
Set to 1: QueueMatch: Junk

I think you¹ll have to install the pieces manually, editing the Apache files
and configuration to match the alternate location. The Win32 installer is,
I think, ³destructive², in that it will overwrite an existing Apache or
MySQL installation

You're right... there's only the possibility adding a Note to a ticket, but
its not possible specifying a reply.
If nobody knows a way how to do this, file a bug report at bugs.otrs.org for
making it possible selecting an answer in a GenericAgent job and put [WISH]
in front of the subject of th

I have installed and set up otrs using a MySql DB and it is all
looking good so far.
I have a customer database in Oracle.
In order to query customers, is it a simple as creating a second
"Customer user backend: DB" configuration with a different name?
Or do I need to think about map

filtered by CustomerID, but it's not as immediate as it colud be if proper

within the Bulk-action-dialog, it's possible to select next state
"pending...", but you cannot input the pending-date.
