Dear Nadeem

If you have *only one* LDAP server with nothing to fall back to, then
you will not be able to use it as user or agent. However, you should be
able to login as siteadmin. If not, you can temporarily change the
authentication to mysql to fall back to mysql backend.

As for user authentication, it is quite clearly stated in the manual --
look into the config.pl for possible configuration options. The net too
is quite a good source when you *actually* start doing it (rather than
speculating). Sorry I cannot give you any specific answer, since the
possibilities are quite vast and depends solely on what you wish to
achieve. For example, you can have the customer users in LDAP and agents
in MySQL or AD, or vice versa, or both in same kind of authentication --
and so on.
