Just a quick note, that may or may not help you convince them. The pop3/imap access can be enabled on a per mailbox basis. It need not be enabled on all mailboxes. Furthermore, it can be restricted from what hosts connections can be made. I guess you/they already know that, but still... -- /Sune

Hi, We've been running 2.3.3 installed via rpm. We hadn't modified the core files so I didn't expect the upgrade to 2.3.4 (also using the rpm) to cause any real issue like moving from 2.2.x to 2.3.x. Now when logging in at either the customer or agent interface, the result is a blank page.

I see this questions often here and wonder why people don't use procmail for this. It bypasses the need for pop3 and imap. If you run OTRS on a linux box together with Exchange in your environment you could do the following, bypassing the need for IMAP or POP3. Lets say you installed otrs
