Hello people,
I've a serious problem, when I try to reply a ticket, OTRS takes long time
charging the template or the page
When I choose the option Note or Close the ticket, OTRS charged quickly, but
when I try to reply a ticket it takes long time and it's really annoying.
I have mod_perl to

Yeah, we also spotted the problem.
But haven't looked at a solution because manually changing the
ticket's customer was ok for us.
I wonder why declaring several emails for a customer wouldn't work?

Ticket::Frontend::TimeUnits, in the SysConfig.
Two questions:
Why i can't see the item Ticket::Frontend::TimeUnits?
What's means TimeUnits?
