Am experiencing an issue that am unable to explain. Have setup the OTRS
system with authentication from the Active Directory.
The issue is that when on of the slave AD goes offline or a line is cut
hence cant be reached, the Help Desk System is not accessible and does not

Have greatly been impressed with OTRS.
Would like to generate the ticket number in both letters and numbers,
for example, AA01 till ZZ99.
Would you help me out. Really need the assistance. Have searched but
not yet successful.
