Hello.
In the detailed view page "AgentTicketZoom", in the ticket information
column, the contabilized time always appears empty.
I've checked the mysql database and the time has been saved. I can
retreive it via sql sentence, but it's not shown in the otrs page.
¿Any idea?

I'm trying to upgrade from version 2.2.6 to the new version in a test
environment. No errors are returned from the otrs.checkModules.pl
script. I went through the UPGRADING instructions for 2.3 version and

I got an error while trying to send a Admin notification.
During my implementation testings i did not have this problem at all.
First, I introduce mi Implementation structure.
I got an OTRS 2.2.4, running on a Ubuntu 8.04 Server, the ubuntu server is
hosted at a VMware Server virtual machine(testi
