[otrs] Empty contabilized time

Hello. In the detailed view page "AgentTicketZoom", in the ticket information column, the contabilized time always appears empty. I've checked the mysql database and the time has been saved. I can retreive it via sql sentence, but it's not shown in the otrs page. ¿Any idea? Thank you. ---
