Hello, We recently installed otrs 1.1.2 on our Redhat 8.0 Linux system. The install went very smoothly and worked perfectly the first time we attempted to use it. Then we noticed a strange problem. Very specific computers on our network were having problems communicating w/ the otrs system. The browsers would load half or less of the login page and then would begin to timeout These were all Windows XP systems with many different browser types, such as Opera, Mozilla, MS Internet Explorer ver. 6.0 and 5.5. We have attempted to diagnose this problem with no success. Currently 1/2 of the machines in our office have no problem loading otrs pages, while the other half can not load them at all. I'm hoping that this is something obvious that someone can point me to, but I have looked in the archives for this problem and haven't found anything.
