[otrs] Sending mail issue with Office365

Dear All, We are using OTRS in our company for supporting customers. Our office mail server is hosted with Microsoft Office 365. I have no problem to receive emails. But while sending email, it always go out from root@localhost instead of expected configured address. I have configured the SMTP set

Hello, i would like to ask you, if you can verify for me that OTRS 2.4.7 is supporting images in signatures. Probably I must somehow force OTRS to use html emails instead of plaintext because of http://site.com/image.jpg"; /> tag. I need to add our company logo as a signature at the end of "reply

[otrs] Upgrading form OTRS 1.2.3
