I am looking for some pointers on changing the skin/theme for OTRS. I read the
manual, but I can't find anything detailed enough to take this on. Does anyone
have experience changing the skin/theme? I would just like to change the
colors to match our company colors.

Nils is correct. You need to go to Admin>Auto Responses, create new Auto
Response. The type should be "auto reply" although I am not clear what the
difference between "auto reply" and "auto reply/new ticket" is. Mine set as

I would like to know how to force OTRS to use HTTPS? I have HTTPS configured
and working. I just want to force everyone to use HTTPS as we are
authenticating against Active Directory, so I just don't want to expose our
network credentials over HTTP.
