Hi All, I am new to OTRS, looking at it as an alternative to inboxHQ. I have been successful in installing it on Ubuntu 8.04 (otrs 2.2.4), but I cannot seem to have it get the emails and turn it to tickets. What I've done so far: 1.) Added a PostMaster POP3 Account (a test account supporting non-ssl POP3) 2.) No tickets after 10 mins. Checked around, seems like the default install did not include IO::SOCKET:SSL, installed it using "sudo apt-get install libio-socket-ssl-perl". 3.) Webmail seems to go through without errors, but still not drawing emails. 4.) Checked on the shell, used: /usr/share/otrs/bin# ./PostMasterPOP3.pl --> got the following error: Got no Email at /usr/share/otrs/Kernel/System/PostMaster.pm line 95, <PRODUCT> line 4. -- Syslog indicates this: Can't create PID PostMasterPOP3, because it's already running (mysitehere.com/6114)! -- Deleted the PID entry using phpmyadmin -- Still the same error :( Also, since our company email is hosted on google, I installed "Postmaster Mail Account-0.1.1.opm", hoping to use IMAP or POP3+SSL. I can add them using the interface, but my otrs install does seem to want to check them (stops @: Message 1/2 (test-em...@non-ssl-pop3.com), only the non-ssl one. I am stuck so please help. I feel this is a wonderful piece of software (loved the demo), but I just cant get it to work. Thanks in advance, Prince --
