web interface and it IS located on another server.
and it is still using the otrs interface
in a frame.

My web interface will be part of another web interface and apparently it

integrated in OTRS that can be configured and fitted to your needs...
Search documentation and Mailing lists
for "theme" and "user interface".
this interface can easily handle all

maybe i dont understand your question, but are you aware that otrs
already has a customer web interface where they can view the status of
tickets?
