Looks to me like a Model 3 Doohickey, manufactured in 1911 by the
Patootie Company of Gibson, TN. The cylindrical shape was to keep the
fruit from sticking in any corners of the container. Sadly, they went
out of business with the crash of 1929 when the bottom fell out of the
Doohickey market

juice? just guessing... I'd have said cider press but those sure don't look

I think that some moderate sharpening certainly and even a tad of ERC "clarify"
would be
reasonable and more realistic.
I believe it's intended that digital images be sharpened.

Yesterday afternoon I made run to the hardware store and thought the
sunset clouds behind the old sawdust burning oven looked interesting.
I tried shooting a few panoramas, bracketing by +/- 2 stops.
Here are three different panos, one from the fastest shutter speed

As a part of a routine, I forbid all the software to update without my
permission.
For some pieces of software, this required some "hacking" (I closed
connections for Adobe products so they cannot connect the update server,
and also manually changed some registries.)
