Z50p DX override?

I'd like to manually override the DX coding with my Z50p. Boz's site doesn't mention whether this is possible or not, but I've heard that it is. So, if it is possible, do I have to do something before or after I put the film in? Or, better yet, is it possible to change the ISO mid-roll? TIA.
