Re: MacBook Air
I agree that it is a good machine - I've got one. But for those not familiar with the "Air" part of MacBook Air it has only two USB-C ports. The workaround is to get a multifunction dock that plugs into one of them. I got one that had good reviews on Amazon and it has worked well for everything asked of it, so far. RE: MacBook Air
Hello All It is a m1 processor, 8 gb ram and 256gb ssd. The screen works but has a strip on the right 5mm (1/4 inch) wide that is not working. Given the low spec and non upgradeability of the mac book air I don’t think I will spend the money to replace the screen. I will however use it to get an idea of how the macs work. I will probably also use it when traveling. Thanks for the input. Thanks As far as I know it was inspected. I will check with an external screen I am trying to get an idea if it would be worth it. Patrick -Original Message- From: Underpaid N. Re: MacBook Air
Why not just attach an external screen? A 13" screen is a bit claustrophobic. If you know Linux, the good news is that you can easily get to a bash prompt On August 25, 2024 10:33:45 AM PDT, pkn291...@gmail.com wrote: >Hello All > >I know this is not a Mac mailing list but I thought I would ask the >following question.
