First I must say, FINALLY, GREAT work with the plugin.
I have authentication enabled with SqueezeBox server but Spotify Plugin
is not working with this enabled. I have read that this should be
supported but I can't find how to configure it.

If I run with debug turned all the way up I see lots of errors saying
"can't write error: resource temporarily unavailable 11":

I just subscribed to Spotify Premium to try this out (and also to try
spotify on my Android mobile).
For me it seems to need to rebuffer every 5 seconds, so I never get an
uninterrupted song (sometimes it will play the first 30s
uninterupted!). A bit of a show stopper for me, I'm afraid.
