I'm having 3 piCore player and one touch in my network and indeed I've
somehow had a quite huge buffer set.
I think I used this settings as it was mentioned quite long ago
somewhere for optimal settings.
I've put it on all three piCores on default and let's see if it stays
unticked this tim
I think I've tracked it down to be related to the setting "Optimize
Pre-Buffering" - if this is enabled it seems to produce this skipping,
if disabled all seems to be fine.
The weird thing is that when I disable the checkbox, it will be enabled
again after some days - don't know why?

(it wasn't possible to open the port 5353 that was already used).

Oh... Docker. I should know the answer by now. But as the Connect
feature works with local discovery in the network, which requires
broadcasting, Docker doesn't work out of the box. You might need to
change the networking mode. Or try to expose 535

You'll have to add them to your client ID in the Spotify dashboard, too.
This has nothing to do with Spotty itself, but with the configuration of
your Spotify client ID.

Everything I tried does the same, but the one I tested right now was 60

So if I use spotify connect I can not control the queue?
You should be able to skip tracks (without seeing the the queue).

I think it's slowly recovering. I can also now play a bit on the native
app. Also now using spotify connect. LMS spotty not working through.
I'm in Norfolk, so just about UK. Very much on the fringe of the grid

Regularly, the previous track repeats. Sometimes this is solved by
clicking previous track and then next, but often not. I play connect

I've never used 96br. Changing it in UI and restarting LMS still states
96. Perhaps something else is not changed its supposed to?
The 96bps is only used in the daemon - which is not being used for the
streaming.

i'm signed in using user id/pwd combo.
Check Settings/Advanced/Spotty. The client ID needs to be created with
Spotify. There are instructions on the Spotty settings page.
