I think I understand now, and I'm over my head already. I'm guessing
that the slimserver MM plugin is using the info MM cache to populate
the slim database where songs are not already present. I can see that
this behaviour has its uses, but obviously not for you. Altering this
is beyond m
The filters work fine when I do a mix - but not when SlimServer is
loading library data from MM.
I have the 'per player' setting turned off - so I just have one set of
settings.

Just to clarify - am I right in assuming that you've selected the
MusicMagic filter you want in the MusicMagic settings page in
slimserver, but the filter is not working?
Another quick check - have you set up slimserver to use common
MusicMagic settings for all players, or have you got individual
