Hi Antonio, Thanks, I'm glad to be able to use the pytables repository. It was just the cython executable. I hadn't set the path properly in my test build. I haven't been able to get rid of the warning about the hdf5 runtime--I appear to only have .a's and .dylib's. For future reference here is
