Usually anything going out this rh8 box works fine. Why do I need to
punch a hole for the vpn.? I have noticed that holes need to be punched
for the dns and bootp, but why - when this box is the originator of the

fudge their POP/IMAP login names or not.

this is a fairly common error. Though it's been a while since I
encountered it. I think it is the result of failing hardware. M
A clever adm can always achive this using all the possible MTA packages.
Though it is very easy to do this with Qmail or Courier-MTA.

Well, if it is IDE you need to have scsi emulation set up in grub. Here

You don't need to restart the server after disabling the service.
If you want to test that the rlogin service is disabled you can use the
command
'netstat -t -a' and check that no program is listening at the 'login'
tcp port
(see the column 'Local address' in the netstat output).
