smbcquotas will definetely work under the following conditions:
1) SMB server is something nt-like (w2k or w2k3)
2) disk quotas are enabled
3) \\server\share is ROOT of filesystem.
ntfs5 doesn't allow to have different quotas for directories on a single
partition.
