in theory : make sure an external IP is not allow to send emails  from a
third party domain to another third party domain using your mailserver
practically : this depends on the type of mailserver you are using...

i had experience the following:the following is some feedback from our
vendor:

We had try the following:on using a relay/spam tool from some website, we
verified that we are able to relay through your mail server.
As such, we can safely conclude that the cause of the problem is linked to
"other parties" using your smtp Server
as a "Relay Host

Pls kindly advise on what solution should i use.
