It looks a lot like the BadTrans Worm
I would suggest it is Badtrans.A but it could be Badtrans.B (less likely
because the files you mention are send in the original and, although the
.B version also sends them, it is less likely)

You have almost certainly been hit by Badtrans.B.
It is 2 months old so any AVP should both stop it and also be able to remove it for
you.

Why don't you scan your PC with an anti-virus program?
Or try an online free scanning by most of the AV scanner company
(www.antivirus.com is an example..)

I just read about this one on Symantec's newsletter::
W32.Shoho@MM is a mass mailing worm that is written in Visual Basic. It
sends itself as the attachment "Readme.txt (many blank spaces) .pif".
This worm also uses the IFRAME vulnerability that allows Microsoft Outlook
to execute the attachmen
IIRC that is sircam ..so hit any security site or your antivirus vendor's
site and see what tools can disinfect your pc ...and i would suggest sophos
from www.sophos.com i think it is pretty good !!
