Jason, turn on auditing from the User Manager to see this information in
your Event Log.

Because "any server" is more than "any domain controller" in most
domains, all you can do is to enable security logging on all servers and
Dumpsec, formerly Dumpacl from Somarsoft.

Somarsoft's Dumpsec (previously Dumpacl) will do what you want...it's cheap
but not free.
