The Stratos SL (V-tail) is the best with winds from 0 to 35 mph where I have seen it  dominate.  Of course some contest expert flyers can win with anything, even an old boyfriend's reject (Barbara Henon)or a fomie (Joe).  Some of us can manage to lose flying Stratos SLs too. Dale Nutter In a mess
