Hello Blake
Central Calif? Are you going to the Spring Fling this weekend? I will have
a selection of vacuum pumps and complete systems ready to plug and play. Also

Hello Rick
Your problem sounds like a different one from the one that Jim described.
I would guess that it is a little cool where you are working and that you did
not use any type of hot box or anything other than room temperature. If I am
right that Epoxy can cure for two weeks and not be
Hello Bill
I had this problem at one time and found that the carbon fiber had a
light mesh of material to hold it in shape. The problem is that this material
has a reaction to the epoxy and generates a gas (out gasses) which makes the
bubbles.
Two things will cure it. One is to remove t
Hello Rick
You do not want to use any of the solvents that you list. You want to buy
an Epoxy that is at the viscosity that you need. One with a slow curing time
and then speed it up with elevated temperature if needed. Call me and I will
tell you where to get what you need. Del Brengman

Some times it gets exposed like film and they have to get rid of it. I have
found it at the surplus metal dealer. I have a lot of it and would be glad to
send anyone a sample large enough to m

the material that it is made of will react to the epoxy and outgas, forming
bubbles all along the area of the
Hello Joe
I think that the bow that you found is fine. It seams to have a metal bar

looks fine.
I will state this as simple as possible. Why I do not like Feather cut! A

The plane that you are describing is it a thermal plane ,a slope plane or a
slope race plane? My canard turns well in thermals and it also turns fast in
a slope race. The only time that it slows is if it turns into a heavy head
wind. Just trying to understand your questions. Thanks Del
