apparently 22% is recommended for RG15, as a matter of interest. Perhaps a
good idea is to take 22% of the MAC, so effectively it's averaged out, you
don't have to do much sanding, so everyone should be happier!!

The type of line used is important. It should not be elastic, and you prolly
don't need a chute, but rather a weight at the end of the line. 1-2 ounces
should suffice. Low elasticity however is most important. This way you could
still leave the line attached to the heli (r/c of course).

Generally speaking, it is a good idea to cure at as high a temp as possible
(OK, obviously within reason, say up to 70 degrees C or 158 F for the SI
challenged individuals) is good. The epoxies we use will 'soften up' when
heated up long after that and could cause warps, for e.g. when left in your
good post, where can I get the spreadsheet?

There's a water based poly-urethane which I heard works well (haven't tried
it so try it on a scrap bit of foam first). In South Africa we have fabric
paint which is sold (mostly for the home-makers) which works really well on
foam, and I paint some of my foam-and-tape models some really wacky col
