I may be opening up a bag of worms here, but I have been interested in doing
some experimenting with plank type flying wings. I have flown a few powered
versions and have been inpressed. I have built and flown wonders, Simitars
and some home brew things. Anyone out there have any information

I am thinking VERY seriously about making the tips and the

BINGO! I have friends who hunt, fish, build furniture, anything that trips
your trigger. I happen to like R/C. Mostly soaring, but
OK how about BEST flying planes?
Gliders I vote for the BOT, closely followed by the Lil Bird 2m and the
Gnome! The Sig Riser 100 is very good too!
power The TELEMASTER SENIOR is fantastic! the Telemaster 40 is great. Sig
Kadet senior and seniorita then the Lazybee is in there too as one
The other day I was flying with two flying buddies. the day was pretty nice,
thermals popping all around, getting 5-10 min flights mostly with my Lil Bird
2m. finally I launched and the model veered slowly to the right, correction
did not help, and within seconds it was heading straight down!
OK here is a request that makes little sense, except to me. I would like to
find someplace to fly HLG, and or 2m sailplanes, informally or formally.
Also the possibility of some power flying (Lazybee, .21 power, very quiet!)
The rub is this! To start, I need it in or near the Atlanta area
