Regarding the application of silicone hinges : Do I apply them to the Monokote covering on a balsa ship or leave the areas uncovered and apply it over the balsa that's sealed with paint/epoxy? Onto the bare balsa? All the instructions here have been very helpful, but I seem to have missed this info.
