Dick,   Your HLG, which probably weighs about what; 15-20 ozs?  How does it fly with 2 1/2 lbs of ballast in/straped to it in 35MPH winds? ;+))>  Really only kidding  I flew my S1-26 HLG with lead taped all over it at Cape Blanco in 38 MPH south winds this past spring.  Boy would it cook.
