Your HLG, which probably weighs about what; 15-20 ozs? How does it fly with 2 1/2 lbs of ballast in/straped to it in 35MPH winds? ;+))>

I flew my S1-26 HLG with lead taped all over it at Cape Blanco in 38 MPH south winds this past spring. Boy would it cook.

contrary to popular belief, there is big air every once in a while at Torrey
Pines. Today was one of those days. 20mph average, gusts to 37mph!
I read this one and had to chuckle a bit. I've never flown Torrey Pines but
