Don't worry about the HS-50 actuating two ailerons, especially if they're on torque tubes, which mostly cancel out loads. If you want something all done, consider a VIP pylon racer; it's molded to fit the HS-50. I fly mine on the slope with all the electric "junk" installed and a folding prop.

Small models can be quite challenging. Little things become big things so unexpectedly. Be very careful with whatever you choose. I've been disappointed several times. Mark Meck makes a conventional plane that uses wingerons. It looks very tempting but I'm not sure of the servo requirements. Mark

I have two HS-50 servos I can't use for anything right now, and want to build something SMALL to use them.  I fly slope mostly so a HLG isn't really my cup of tea right now.  I was thinking something of a micro sloper with a 30" or less wingspan, standard tail (elevator) and one aileron only
