For templates I use good ol' plywood. 1. Print the template on paper, 2. Cut it out with scissors, 3. Use 3M77 to stick the paper to the plywood, 4. Take the plywood to the band saw and cut around the paper, 5. Lightly sand the edges of the plywood to make it extra smooth. Done. It's much mor
