I have no idea about this behaivour with Spacewalk, anyone can help me?
I have seen that when installing manually this package, appears this
warning:

I built all the rhn client and rhn config rpms for Fedora Core 7 and
they installed cleanly.
Now when I try and register I get a stack trace in /var/log/up2date
ending with...

I'm trying to set up a distributed Spacewalk setup to update and install
packages on our servers at work. Currently, I have a Spacewalk server up
and running, several clients connected to it, a Spacewalk proxy (which is
one of the clients) and several clients connecting to the Spacewalk

can i also ask what is the purpose of having the package on the
filesystem twice, ie once in the downloaded mirror of the dir and then
again in the /var/satellite/foo dir ??

to follow up on this again i seem to still encounter this error even
using the main spacewalk admin user so i dont think its that. I do see
this in the apache logs
