I have tried having a OEL and RHEL channel and only the OEL packages that differed in naming convention would upload. So that I wouldn't run into issues, I cleared out both channels and re-uploaded the RHEL packages. I wish there was better channel separation. -Original Message- From:

Is it possible currently to have several similar distros, such as RHEL, OEL and CentOS in the same organization? It seems like currently if I try to sync the same version but differently signed package to a different base channel, it isn't uploaded. Thanks, John

Hi So far I've had ZERO issue deploying spacewalk 0.8 on Fedora 12. The install went smoothly, creating and populating channels all worked without any issues. Also, running rhnreg_ks froma centos 5.4 client also worked flawlessly. The centos client registered, pulled yum lists and installed rpms
