The SetItemSelected was unused code. Not sure, how you accessed it,
because it isn't linked from anywhere.
I've removed it in spacewalk nightly.

The steps to recover are:
1) # yum upgrade spacewalk-setup-jabberd
and make sure you get at least version 1.3.1-1.
2) # service jabberd stop
3) # space
