Hmm, turns out that comment those lines, while it does make Spacewalk
happy, results in 'non-responsive' (fat RHEL) RHEV hypervisors after
going putting the host into maintenance mode and then attempting to
make the host active again.

Well the default for one of the databases postgresql is UTF-8, and I didn't
notice any thing in the schema to change it so I'm fairly positive thats

rhn-clone-errata.py that I've started to write a ground up rewrite.
unfortunately its written in Perl (because that's the language i know
well) so I know it wont gain as easy acceptance as a python script
