Well, I have supplied all of the information. After a re-install I have
the same issue.
So where do I go from here?
I think I will revert to SW 1.2.
Backup is not the problem. The fact that my SW server is broken beyond
repair after an upgrade is the issue.

Yes I know. I get a blank screen when accessing th webui and lots in
the log which I already attached.

This looks like a connection-problem with your oracle DB.
* Did you update instantclient to 11(g)?
* Can you connect to the database using sqlplus?
