Your 100% welded or ANSI flanged not MJ so your good, no further restraint required. Any thrust blocks in a swamp are just a waste of good concrete if your 100% welded. George, the egg on face at a young age can have the effect of fewer ulcers as we age. I think they call it learning the hard way.
