Compiling the amalgamation (some previous versions including the current
Version 3.25.2 (2018-09-25)) generates the following warning with
SQLITE_ENABLE_SORTER_REFERENCES defined.
The build works fine and always has so this is really just benign.
The warning is: sqlite3.c(106816): warning C401
