In JDBC, you can't use "Windows authentication" mode. Instead, you should
use "SQL Server Authentication" mode, then update the db.properties file
with your settings.

What port did you test the config service on? Wasn't it port 8090, if so your
config conf would need to be 8090 not 8080.
