Uninstall Java or apply the update. Ignoring the notification is just
asking for trouble.

Nothing whatsoever to do with Seamonkey.
Start / Control Panel / Java / Update / Untick "Check for Updates
Automatically".
Alternatively, allow and install the update and bask in the
warmth of the knowledge that your machine is now more secure.
