Dear Developers,
after extensive testing I must admit that I am not able to suspend to ram my
laptop under openSuse 10.2 using s2ram version 0.50-6 or version
0.50.20070213-4.1.
Suspending to ram at runlevel 3 shouts down my machine at not time. However,
it never resumes (40 to 50 attempts with the most meaningful options and
combinations) but instead starts and restarts in cycles of about 7 sec. There
is no trace in the logs, no video and also no working caps lock (which is a
sign for a bios issue, as I learned from the documentation).
The laptop identifies using s2ram -n as follows:
sys_vendor = "TOSHIBA"
sys_product = "Satellite Pro L100"
sys_version = "PSLA1E-003002GR"
bios_version = "V2.70 "
I would gladly appreciate any advice, help, hint or suggestion as to why this
Toshiba Satellite L100 doesn't resume.
