My corporation's firewall blocks access to the port on cvs.apache.org for
CVS checkout. Is there some other way to access that set of software? Can a
download a zip file or something similar and then do a build from that

I'm using the mailer-taglib in our HP.
All works well when I send the mail to someone listed in our mail-server
(server: mail.xxx.de receipient: [EMAIL PROTECTED]).
But if I want to send to a different mail-server-user (f.e.
[EMAIL PROTECTED]) then nothing happens.
Does anybody know
