This role provides metadata creation and capture, source to target documentation, researches data integrity and quality issues. This role participates on multiple, technically complex, and high-profile data projects or initiatives simultaneously. This role must have a passion for providing ‘best practices’ and data solutions to meet the data needs of our business. Responsibilities/Skills/Experience Requirements • 5 years - Enterprise Data Warehouse data modeling, architecture, and BI solutions delivery • Netezzza, Teradata and Microstrategy experience preferred • Translating business and technical requirements into a solid technical design and solution to include architecture diagrams and design documents • BI-Solutions Architecture, Design and Development of data marts, business semantic views and reporting models • Ability to create robust, scalable, sustainable reporting data architecture in a 10+ terabyte environment • Understand architectural principles of Enterprise Data Warehousing including retail framework, modeling concepts and architectural principles applied to Enterprise Data Warehousing • Experience in using various types of dimension hierarchies: classification, construction, and variation including the creation & deployment of star and snowflake schema • Ability to work as the IT and Business liaison to translate requirements into model designs • Responsible for architecture, development, updates to data models, including physical and logical to meet new and changing business requirements • Responsible for capturing and maintaining metadata and data-linage for data warehouse and reporting components • Responsible for researching data integrity and quality issues and providing recommendations for resolving • Excellent communication, organizational and interpersonal skills, problem solving and analytic skills • Excellent design/coding skills, testing methodologies and techniques • Erwin, ETL, PL/SQL, SQL experience Preferred Minimum Education: Bachelor’s Level Degree ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ Thanks & Regards… Easwar.
