Well, I have always taken it at night, my legs never seem to bother me in the
daytime. I never wanted to feel sleepy either during the day..so he told me to

My son-in-law, a triathalete, explained tight muscles to me in a way that I can
easily remember. He told me to think ofwhat happens when we pull on a cold
rubber band. First, it isn't flexible and doesn't want to give. Second, if we
pull too hard it will break. However, when a rubber band is
You must slowly build up the level of Baclofen. Maybe after a time on 10mg a
day you can go higher. The body has to coopthe that level and it takes some
time. You can't say in a few weeks it is everything or nothinng. Just be
patient. A pump if fot those on a high level when the pills are not

going to the gym 4 times a week for a couple hours each time to simply
swimming 3 times
About the exercisings you do, dont overdo. It breakes more than it builds up.
The exercises you have to do is for maintain the muscles. When you try to build
up, the effect can be the opposit.
Take care

I am on 60mg a day now. You have to find for your self the good combination,
between the amount of Baclofen and the movement you still can do the best.
Baclofen is taking away some strength, but it also take away the stiffness.
Normal you start with a low dose of 15 a day, and after a few month
