You must slowly build up the level of Baclofen. Maybe after a time on 10mg a day you can go higher. The body has to coopthe that level and it takes some time. You can't say in a few weeks it is everything or nothinng. Just be patient. A pump if fot those on a high level when the pills are not

Regarding the exercise question...I have found that over exercising is detrimental to my condition. We want to exercise in the hope we will feel better...but in the case of TM this is not true. I have gone from going to the gym 4 times a week for a couple hours each time to simply swimming 3 times
