I have similar problems with my hands. I have weakness and
pain in my hands. I use something called "trekking poles". They are sold in
pairs in outdoor stores and catalogs.
They have straps at the top and look much like ski
poles. They have padded grips and the straps can be tightened.
I tried it and had a bad reaction. It sent my normally low blood
pressure through the roof. My suggestion is to try it when you know
someone will be with you all day. I do know though that there
are lots of people who take it and swear by it.
