You described it very well. In explaining the tingling/burning, I tell people to sit on their hands and feet for an hour and then try to get up and walk on glass that is on blacktop on a 95 degree summer day. That would be about right.

I started taking it 2 weeks ago in small doses. I haven't felt any huge improvement but I have had NO SIDE EFFECTS- which for me is huge! I'm hoping as I increase the dosage it will help more.

Greeting & Salutations to my TM family -
There seems to be something in the air the past few days - angles seem to
appearing out of nowhere to come to my rescue. I was having a horrible time
yesterday coming out of the store - I couldn't make it back to my car. Then

I had to tell my husband to hang on while I walked into school today. My balance gets so bad I can't walk and talk on the cell phone at the same time cuz I have to have both arms going to keep me from going down. I do believe I can still walk and chew gum though.
