I absolutely agree Lori. we are, each one of us, unique!!! As you can

answering e-mail, paying the bills, throwing out all the junk mail and

I always look at my feet when I walk - bad habit, but I feel more secure

When I was taking physical therapy, my PT had a name for that, but I don't
remember what it was. She had me stand on a p
I have the same problem and I was told to get one of those large exercise
balls and try to balance yourself. It forces you to concentrate on just
balancing.

Your balance should improve over time. Sometimes however, we have to
compensate in other ways. For me to have spatial sense whenever walking, I
usually have to look at my feet. For the first year or so, if I lifted my
fo0t preparatory to making a walking motion, it would simply
thank you everyone for helpinf me so far. i love this list its so helpful. so
now i am having anoither problem. my balance (proprioception) is off. is there
any exercises i can do to make it better?
