I take my 60 mgs every morning at 9 A.M. along with seroquel for
anxiety, and of course all of my Devic's meds. I get pretty zonked
out from my cocktail too. I just plan ahead to laze around on the
couch for awhile. i used to be up and at 'em by 6 A.M, but now I
just relax and take

I tried Lyrica, had bad side effects. Tolerating
the Cymbalta so far. It makes me sleepy, but
I take it at bedtime, so maybe it will help me get
a good nights sleep which I haven't had in years.
Just taking it a week so far,
